There's just a bit of checklist that they'll need if you don't mind having it ready for them before we start today:
✅ A football.
✅ Around 10 of their toys (I need you to scatter this on the ground before we start. They will have me a race to see who can tidy up the fastest).
✅ 3 belts or long piece of rope (this will be our balance beam).
✅ 3 pillows (these will be our stepping stones).
✅ 5 or 6 toilet rolls.
If it is possible, try and stream the live class onto your T.V. It will be better for them to watch and hear me on the big screen 📡
If you comment on the live video I will be able to interact with them so let me know who's tuned in and I'll give them a shoutout 🗣️
