Mini and Mind Explorers 🤩🥰

We had a wonderful Mindfulness session with Leanne and Laura from Mini & Mind Explorers NI. We focused on mindful looking and listening, positive affirmations and being thankful. We used the breathing ball to practice our big belly breathing to help us relax and be calm. It was a fantastic session and we cannot wait for the next one!🥰
