Such a fab and fun filled first session with Breda and Carla from Phoenix Basketball NI. We practiced listening and responding, body positioning, working both the left and right side of our bodies, jumping over with 2 feet together, ball handling, working as a team and shooting the ball into the net. 😃. The coaches thought we were amazing 😃
