We had such fun this week picking plums in our eco garden so as we could make some plum jam 😍. Such a fantastic learning experience for our children who were able to observe first hand the processes involved in change 😊. We worked together picking, washing, chopping, deseeding, slicing and placing in the big pot whilst predicting what we thought may happen to the plums once we added sugar, water and lemon juice then placed them on the hob 😊. We had a little taste once the jam was ready and everyone got to take some home 😍. We hope you enjoy the fruits of our labour 😂🤩. Remember to send us in your pictures if enjoying the jam at home 😊
